Florida hearings investigate 2004- 2005 hurricane claim insurance payments delay!

The Office of Insurance Consumer Advocate (Robin Westcott) is holding hearings to investigate why policyholders have not been paid on their Insurance Claims, from Hurricanes which happened eight years age.

Hurricanes Ivan, Dennis, Wilma, Katrina, Charlery, Jeanne, Frances, all caused massive damage to Florida home owners, and policyholders are still trying to get paid on their covers claims.

See the Story Here

It is no different in my office, we have handled close to 3000 hurricane claims and we are still trying to get the Insurance Companies to pay what they owe.  We still have dozens of lawsuits in the courts of Florida, where the Insurance Companies like Nationwide, Citizens, Auto Owners, and others are fightING us every step of the way to limit any payments on policies that they have written and assigned claim numbers too, its truly disgraceful.

I always recommend retaining an attorney from the beginning of submitting any claim,  and if you don’t, please document every single claim, communication, conversation, damage, and promise, the Insurance Companies are not to be trusted with your family and your future at stake.

It reminds of why I am working so hard, and what I seeking for my clients, It is simply called Insurance Justice™, (#Insurance Justice) getting my clients damages paid for, demanding dignity and respect,……………. not contempt and bullying.  Call me at 786-431-1333 let me review what these companies are trying to do to you!
